Visual Sound Productions, Inc. (VSP) is growing and inviting passionate professionals to join their award-winning team. With a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in the heart of downtown Springfield at 130 Union Street, VSP is continuing its mission to create memorable experiences, elevate brands, and unleash talent while setting the standard in the production industry.

Currently, VSP is hiring for two key positions: a Director of Audio Visual Services and an Audio Visual Technician. These roles offer exciting opportunities to contribute to a company that values creativity, technical excellence, and exceptional client experiences.

A little about the positions...

• The Director of Audio Visual Services (a Senior Level role) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our audio-visual department for events, rentals, and hotel AV. This includes managing a team of AV technicians, designing and implementing technical solutions for a variety of events, maintaining equipment, and ensuring flawless event execution. You will be a key driver in upholding our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader with excellent technical skills, project management experience, and a passion for the AV industry. You will be directly responsible for the development and training of our AV technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.

• The Audio Visual Technician (Entry Level) is a key member of our team and will play a crucial role in prepping, programming, loading, setting up, and striking equipment for a variety of events, ranging from conferences and concerts to weddings. Under the guidance of our AV Director, you will learn all the ins and outs of the industry. This is a perfect position for someone out of college looking to gain experience. You will be directly engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, exceeding their expectations. Your responsibilities also include troubleshooting equipment and ensuring flawless event execution. At VSP, our high-energy and friendly staff are known for their passion for the industry!
