Visual Sound Productions was proud to welcome the Young Professional Society (YPS) Leadership Luncheon to our new downtown Springfield headquarters. The November Leadership Luncheon featured our leader, VSP founder Nicole Nell, who spoke on the power of growth mindset and maintaining a positive attitude while building a career and a business. Nicole, known nationally as DJ Nicki Nell, shared reflections from her path in the entertainment industry and as an entrepreneur.
